Every candidate to participate in the Kuaray Project must read and agree to the following terms:
1. Intellectual property: all material produced specifically for the Kuaray will be owned by Kuaray. Software artifacts will follow the Apache-2.0 license and other artifacts will follow the Creative Commons license ShareAlike;
2. The use of the Kuaray name and trademark are exclusive to the work of the Project and may not be used for any other purpose;
3. The objective of the Kuaray Project is to measure the effects of global warming in the soil, in the air, and in the sea. For this purpose, Kuaray team will develop the necessary technologies. And the Project is not for profit and will not sell its services. You declare to understand and agree to this goal;
4. You immediately acknowledge the intellectual property of Kuaray on all items already developed, and in development, as they appear on our website and repositories;
5. The steering committee speaks for Kuaray, and always through the official channels;
6. The Kuaray is apolitical and nonpartisan and will always be so. Any association with Government, Parties and Social Movements should strictly adhere to the objective of the Kuaray Project, listed in item 3;
7. Items not stated here will be decided by the Steering Committee.
Termos de participação no projeto Kuaray
Todo candidato a participar do Projeto Kuaray deve ler e concordar com os seguintes termos:
1. Propriedade intelectual: todo material produzido especificamente para o Kuaray será de propriedade dele. Artefatos de software seguirão a licença Apache-2.0 e outros artefatos seguirão a licença Creative Commons Compartilhar igual;
2. O uso do nome e da marca Kuaray são exclusivos para o trabalho do Projeto e não podem ser utilizados para nenhum outro propósito;
3. O objetivo do Projeto Kuaray é medir os efeitos do aquecimento o solo, ar e mar. Para isto, ele desenvolverá tecnologias necessárias. E o Projeto não tem fins lucrativos e nem venderá os seus serviços. Você declara entender e concordar com este objetivo;
4. Você reconhece imediatamente a propriedade intelectual do Kuaray sobre todos os itens já desenvolvidos e em desenvolvimento, conforme consta do nosso site e repositórios;
5. Quem fala pelo Kuaray é o comitê diretor, e sempre através dos canais oficiais;
6. O Kuaray é apolítico e apartidário e sempre será assim. Quaisquer associações com Governo, Partidos e Movimentos Sociais deve-se ater estritamente ao objetivo do Projeto Kuaray, listado no item 3;
7. Itens não declarados aqui serão decididos pelo comitê diretor.
